What Youll Be Doing:
- Managing timelines: Working to a critical path and ensuring deadlines are consistently hit, from artwork generation to product forecasting.
- Coordinating projects: Youll support the Head of Retail with everything from new product launches to store visits and NPD (New Product Development) sessions.
- Account management: You wont be doing the selling, but youll be liaising with customers, keeping them informed, and ensuring their needs are met within set timeframes.
- Attention to detail: Youll ensure all product paperwork, new line forms, and customer specifications are accurate and completed on time. Nothing slips through the cracks.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Youll work with various teams, including retail, operations, and product development, to get the job done and achieve customer goals.
- Dealing with variety: No two days will be the sameone minute youll be managing paperwork, the next youll be helping with a store visit or working on a new product launch. Flexibility is key.
What Were Looking For:
- Organisational expertise: Youre a master of timelines, project coordination, and managing multiple moving pieces. Youre always on top of things.
- Planning background: Whether youve worked in retail, admin, or project planning, you have experience handling critical paths, setting up processes, and meeting deadlines.

The Details:
Location: Crewe, Cheshire.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (42 hours per week).
